Terroir Notes: The Naked White comes from both sides of Lake Neusiedl. To the west, from the slopes of the Leitha Mountains, where the vines grow on limestone and slate. To the east, from the gravelly Parndorf Plateau and the humus-rich heathland.
Winemaking Notes: Hand-picked in early September, some grapes pressed directly, others left on the skins for a few hours. Spontaneous fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Matured on its natural lees in large wooden barrels, bottled unfiltered and without added sulfur.
Tasting Notes: Its star ingredients, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, lend it a creamy smoothness, while the supporting characters happily eliminate any resistance to drinking and toss a lemon zest into the glass. Unadulterated, straightforward, and precise.
