Jinmaek 22 is a lower-proof expression of Jinmaek’s traditional wheat soju, created for a softer, more approachable drinking experience while preserving the distinctive character of the grain. At 22% ABV, it offers a gentler profile while retaining the spicy, citrus, floral, and nutty qualities that define Jinmaek Soju.

Made from 100% organic, estate-grown wheat, Jinmaek draws inspiration from a Korean wheat soju tradition dating back to the 1540s. The distillery uses a slow, three-stage fermentation at low temperatures to develop the wheat’s full aromatic character and depth of flavor.
